Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of VAIN, operated by Signa Asset Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand under number 0205567044915, with registered address at 88/1 Moo 1, Nong Prue, Chonburi 20150, Thailand.

By creating an account or using VAIN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VAIN provides salon business management software including booking, point of sale, client management, staff commission tracking, inventory management, reporting, and Google Business Profile review management tools.

VAIN is provided as a software as a service subscription. Features available depend on your chosen plan.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@usevain.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account with others outside your business. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

VAIN is available on monthly or annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht on the pricing page at usevain.com/pricing.

Monthly plans are billed monthly on the date of first subscription. Annual plans are billed once per year.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

Where a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@usevain.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to VAIN until the end of the period you have paid for.

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

If payment fails, we will notify you by email. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account may be suspended. If payment is not resolved within 30 days, your account may be terminated and your data scheduled for deletion.

VAIN Reviews uses AI to generate suggested reply drafts for your Google Business Profile reviews.

You may use VAIN Reviews in three modes:

• Draft and approve: VAIN generates a suggested reply which you review, edit, and approve before it is posted.
• Fully automated: VAIN generates and posts replies automatically without requiring your approval for each reply.
• Manual: You write your own replies using VAIN as a management tool.

Important: AI generated replies are drafts only. The accuracy, tone, appropriateness, and legal compliance of all replies posted to your Google Business Profile are your sole responsibility.

When you enable fully automated replies, you accept full responsibility for all content posted automatically on your behalf. VAIN does not guarantee that automated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for every review.

VAIN does not guarantee any improvement in review ratings, search rankings, customer satisfaction, or business outcomes as a result of using VAIN Reviews.

You must not use VAIN to:

• Create, post, buy, sell, or incentivize fake reviews
• Generate misleading or defamatory review responses
• Suppress, hide, or manipulate genuine customer reviews
• Post spam or irrelevant content
• Violate Google review policies or any applicable law
• Harass, threaten, or abuse reviewers

VAIN monitors for policy violations and may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach.

VAIN Reviews depends on Google Business Profile API access. VAIN is not responsible for:

• Changes to Google APIs or Google policies
• Google Business Profile account restrictions or suspensions
• Review removal or moderation decisions made by Google
• Delays or failures in Google API responses
• Loss of access to Google services for any reason

Google may change, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time. VAIN will endeavour to notify users of material changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

You must not use VAIN to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate business management

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy at usevain.com/privacy-policy. By using VAIN you agree to our Privacy Policy.

VAIN and all associated software, design, content, and trademarks are owned by Signa Asset Co., Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of your business data including client records, booking data, and review data. You grant VAIN a limited license to process this data to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signa Asset Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VAIN.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of VAIN shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

VAIN is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signa Asset Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of VAIN, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

VAIN integrates with third party services including Google, payment processors, and AI providers. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. VAIN is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third party services.

We may add, modify, or remove features from VAIN at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. We may discontinue the service with 60 days notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that causes harm to others or to VAIN.

On termination you may request an export of your business data within 30 days. After 30 days we may delete your data subject to our retention obligations.

On cancellation or termination of your account, you may request an export of your business data by emailing privacy@usevain.com within 30 days of termination. We will provide your data in a standard format within 14 days of request.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
